We interviewed 4 contractors to remodel the guest bathroom in our condo to a ½ bath / laundry room. Among the 4, Krause showed the most interest, discussing alternatives to what we had expressed a desire for, and recommending options as to costs and timing of completion of the project. I was surprised at the interest Krause expressed in such a small job, but that interest and enthusiasm was followed daily by calls and correspondence. Used KFH for remodel/repair of screened deck. They replaced all screens using updated product, replaced framing as needed, then prime/paint finish. Proposal for work was received promptly following initial contact and was quite reasonable. Owner (Steve) was easy to work with, flexible regarding "surprise" repairs that were needed.
